No, images uploaded and edited in Remove Background are automatically deleted after 24 hours for privacy and security reasons.
Do you use my images to train the AI?
No. Your images are not used to train artificial intelligence.
What are credits?
The credits allow you to use the tool to download the edited images in high
resolution, process images massively and create backgrounds with artificial intelligence.
Do unused credits accumulate?
Yes, up to a maximum of three times the value of your monthly subscription. Example: If you pay a subscription for 100 credits per month, you can accumulate up to a maximum of 300 credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Once you've used all your credits, you can still remove backgrounds from any images, but you won't be able to download those images in high resolution, create backgrounds with artificial intelligence, or upload images in bulk.
So, you can upgrade your plan to get more credits, or wait until the next month for them to recharge.
What happens to my credits if I cancel the subscription?
You will be able to continue using the credits acquired so far until they are exhausted.
Can I get credits for free?
You can use the editor on the main page for free to try out the background removal tool. However, you will need to acquire credits to download the edited images

What happens when my trial period ends?
Once your trial period ends and if you do not cancel the subscription in advance, the lowest price plan will be activated automatically.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Can I change my plan at any time?
